80E Intensive correction orders—community service—hours to be performed
(1)
The number of hours of community service work required to be performed for a community service condition in the intensive correction order must be at least 20 hours and not more than 500 hours.
(2)
The period during which the community service work is required to be completed under the community service condition must be at least—
(a)
if less than 125 hours work is required—6 months; or
(b)
if 125 or more hours work but less than 250 hours work is required—12 months; or
(c)
if 250 or more hours work is required—24 months.
