81 Application—pt 5.5
This part applies if—
(a)
an offender is convicted of an offence; and
(b)
a court sentences the offender to imprisonment for the offence; and
(c)
the sentence of imprisonment is not—
(i)
fully suspended; or
(ii)
suspended under the custodial part of a drug and alcohol treatment order.
