310 Aggravated robbery
A person commits an offence (aggravated robbery) if the person—
(a)
commits robbery in company with 1 or more people; or
(b)
commits robbery and, at the time of the robbery, has an offensive weapon with him or her.
Maximum penalty: 2 500 penalty units, imprisonment for 25 years or both.
Note Robbery means an offence against s 309.
