421 Unauthorised impairment of data held in computer disc, credit card etc
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
the person causes unauthorised impairment of the reliability, security or operation of data held in a computer disc, credit card or other device used to store data by electronic means; and
(b)
the person knows the impairment is unauthorised; and
(c)
the person intends to cause the impairment.
Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units, imprisonment for 2 years or both.
