17 Functions—generally
The inspector has the following functions:
(a)
to examine and review correctional centres;
(b)
to examine and review correctional services;
(c)
to review critical incidents at correctional centres or in the provision of correctional services;
(d)
to report under part 4 (Reports by inspector);
(e)
to exercise any other function given to the inspector under this Act or another territory law.
