Part 19.1Administrative determinations and approvals—general
175 Applications
(1)
An application for an administrative determination or approval, or for the variation of an administrative determination or approval, must be made to the competent authority in writing.
(2)
An application for the variation of an administrative determination or approval must have the determination or approval with it.
(3)
The competent authority may, in writing, require an applicant to give to the authority any additional information necessary for a proper consideration of the application.
