Withdrawal from or amendment of enforceable undertaking

In force

(1)

A relevant person for an enforceable undertaking may withdraw from or amend the undertaking only with the work health and safety commissioner’s written agreement.

(2)

However, the enforceable undertaking may not be amended to provide for a different alleged contravention.
