Magistrates Court’s other powers not limited

In force

(1)

The powers given to the Magistrates Court under this part are in addition to any other powers of the court.

(2)

In particular, an application to the Magistrates Court for an injunction under this part may be made without notice to the person against whom the injunction is sought.
