186 Definitions—ch 9
In this chapter:
decision-maker means any of the following:
the Minister;
the director-general;
an inspector;
a licensed asbestos assessor.
internally reviewable decision means a decision (other than a decision made personally by the Minister or work health and safety commissioner) prescribed by regulation.
internal reviewer—see section 188.
internal review notice—see the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008, section 67B (1).
reviewable decision means—
an internal reviewer’s decision in relation to an internally reviewable decision; or
a decision-maker’s decision (other than an internally reviewable decision) prescribed by regulation.
This provision refers to the regulations (prescribed by regulation
