29 Application of div 3.1.3
(1)
This division does not apply in relation to the non-commercial handling of a dangerous substance at premises.
Note 1
At premises includes in or on the premises (see dict).
Note 2
For the meaning of non-commercial, see s 12.
(2)
If the premises are residential premises, this division does not apply to the part of the premises used for the non-commercial handling of the substance.
Note
Premises includes any part of an area of land or a structure or vehicle (see dict).
