Meaning of asbestos assessment report

In force

For this chapter, an asbestos assessment report is a report prepared by a licensed asbestos assessor about residential premises that—

(a)

identifies the location, type and condition of asbestos in relation to the premises; and

(b)

assesses the risk resulting from the identified asbestos; and

(c)

advises how the asbestos should be managed; and

(d)

includes anything required by regulation to be included in the report.
