70 Effect of suspension of licence
(1)
A suspended licence or handling authority does not authorise the licensee to carry on an activity authorised by the licence or handling authority during the suspension.
(2)
If the work health and safety commissioner suspends a licence or handling authority, the licensee is, during the suspension—
(a)
taken not to hold the licence or handling authority; and
(b)
disqualified from applying for a licence or handling authority of that kind.
(3)
If the work health and safety commissioner suspends a handling authority under a licence, the licence is taken to be amended under this part to give effect to the suspension.
