87 Unauthorised disturbance or interference with site of dangerous occurrence
(1)
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
a dangerous occurrence has happened or is happening at premises; and
(b)
the person disturbs or interferes with the site of the occurrence; and
(c)
the site preservation period for the site has not ended.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
(2)
This section does not apply to anything done by an authorised person.
(3)
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
