124 Identity cards
The director‑general must issue an authorised person with an identity card that states the person is an authorised person for this Act, or stated provisions of this Act, and shows—
a recent photograph of the person; and
the name of the person, or any unique number given to the authorised person by the director‑general for this section; and
the date of issue of the card; and
a date of expiry for the card; and
anything else prescribed by regulation.
A person who ceases to be an authorised person must return the person’s identity card to the director‑general as soon as practicable, but no later than 7 days after ceasing to occupy or act in that office.
Maximum penalty (subsection (2)): 1 penalty unit.
