26 Dangerous dog licences—conditions
(1)
The registrar may issue a dangerous dog licence on conditions stated in the licence.
(2)
In making a decision whether or not to impose a condition on a dangerous dog licence, the registrar must consider the safety of the public and other animals.
(3)
The conditions may include—
(a)
a condition prescribed by regulation; and
(b)
any other condition the registrar considers appropriate.
