57 Seizure—dangerous dogs
An authorised person must seize a dangerous dog—
(a)
if—
(i)
the keeper of the dog has contravened a condition of a dangerous dog licence in force for the dog; and
(ii)
the authorised person reasonably believes, having regard to the safety of the public, that the contravention justifies the seizure; or
(b)
if a dangerous dog licence is not in force for the dog; or
(c)
if the dangerous dog licence in force for the dog is cancelled.
