Multiple cat licences—form

In force

(1)

A multiple cat licence must state—

(a)

the name of the licensee; and

(b)

the registration number of each cat to which the licence relates; and

(c)

the address of the premises to which the licence relates; and

(d)

any other condition of the licence.

(2)

However, a multiple cat licence need not include the registration number of a cat kept on residential premises by the person who holds the licence if the cat is being kept temporarily on the premises on behalf of an entity that rehomes cats.
