16D DFVR coordinator—appointment
(1)
The Minister must appoint a public servant as the Domestic and Family Violence Review Coordinator (the DFVR coordinator).
Note For laws about appointments, see the Legislation Act, pt 19.3.
(2)
However, the Minister may only appoint the person as the DFVR coordinator if satisfied that the person has suitable qualifications and experience to exercise the functions of the DFVR coordinator.
