16R Sharing information with Coroner’s Court
(1)
This section applies if the DFVR coordinator is satisfied that giving information kept on the register would assist the Coroner’s Court in an inquest concerning the death of a person relating to a domestic or family violence incident or suspected incident.
(2)
The DFVR coordinator may give the information to the Coroner’s Court.
(3)
The Coroner’s Court may use the information in relation to the inquest.
