17 Approval of crisis support organisations
(1)
The Minister may approve an organisation to be a crisis support organisation for this Act.
(2)
An approval is a disallowable instrument.
Note A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act 2001.
