4 Drugs of dependence—Act, dict, def drug of dependence
Each of the following substances is a drug of dependence for the Act:
(a)
a substance mentioned in the Criminal Code Regulation 2005, schedule 1 (Controlled drugs), part 1.1 (Controlled medicines);
(b)
a related drug (within the meaning of that regulation, section 5 (2)) of a substance mentioned in that part.
