106 Multiple nominations invalid
If, at the hour of nomination in relation to an election—
(a)
a person is nominated more than once to be a candidate for election in a particular electorate; or
(b)
a person is nominated to be a candidate for election in more than 1 electorate;
each such nomination is invalid.
