205 Registers of reporting agents
The commissioner must keep a register called the register of party and MLA reporting agents.
The commissioner shall keep a register called the register of candidate reporting agents.
The commissioner shall register the name and address of each reporting agent appointed in accordance with section 203 in the appropriate register.
The commissioner shall cancel the registration of a reporting agent if—
the commissioner receives written notice under section 203 (3); or
it comes to the commissioner’s notice that the person can no longer exercise the functions of a reporting agent.
If a registered reporting agent dies, the MLA, candidate or secretary of the party, that appointed the agent must give the commissioner written notice within 28 days after the day of the death.
