215H Application—div 14.4
(1)
This division does not apply to a gift that is returned to the giver within 30 days after its receipt.
(2)
However, if the gift is returned to the giver within 30 days after its receipt, any return under this division that includes the amount or value of the gift must also include a statement that the gift was returned to the giver.
