245 Definitions—pt 15
In this part:
internally reviewable decision means a decision mentioned in schedule 5, column 3 under a provision of this Act mentioned in column 2 in relation to the decision; or person includes a political party.
reviewable decision means a decision of the electoral commission in relation to an internally reviewable decision.
