311 Electoral papers—unauthorised possession
A person shall not, without reasonable excuse, except for this Act—
(a)
possess an electoral paper; or
(b)
possess an instrument designed or adapted particularly for producing an electoral paper, or an official mark on an electoral paper.
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
