Articles to which pt 4 applies

In force

(1)

This part applies to articles of electrical equipment other than—

(a)

a prescribed article of electrical equipment; or

(b)

an article of electrical equipment that is prohibited; or

(c)

an article of electrical equipment used, or for use, in any part of the infrastructure used by an electricity distributor or NERL retailer in connection with the distribution or supply of electricity to premises for consumption.

(2)

In this section:

NERL retailer means a person who holds a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law (ACT).
