131 Security for costs etc
The Supreme Court may order an applicant for an order under section 128—
(a)
to provide security for the payment of costs that may be awarded against the applicant if the application is subsequently dismissed; or
(b)
to give an undertaking about the payment of any amount that may be awarded against the applicant under section 132.
