144 Liability limited to harm caused by excess pollutants
For section 137, section 138 and section 139, if a person causes environmental harm or likely environmental harm by causing the entry into the environment of a measure of a pollutant that exceeds the measure authorised by or under this Act, the person is liable to be prosecuted only in relation to the environmental harm or likely environmental harm caused by the excess pollutant.
