150 Self-incrimination
A person (whether an individual or corporation) is not excused from answering a question, giving information or producing a document if required under this Act on the ground that to do so would tend to incriminate the person.
If an individual answers a question, gives information or produces a document in compliance with a requirement under section 100 (2), section 101 or section 133—
the answer to the question; or
the information given; or
the document produced;
is not admissible in evidence against the person in any proceedings (whether civil or criminal), other than proceedings for an offence against section 151 or the Criminal Code, part 3.4 (False or misleading statements, information and documents) or section 361 (Obstructing territory public official).
