38 Entering agreements
(1)
Under section 42 (2) (a) or otherwise giving effect to the objects of this Act, the Authority may enter into an environmental protection agreement in relation to an activity with the person who is conducting, or proposing to conduct, the activity.
(2)
The authority must give the person in subsection (1) a copy of the agreement.
