31 Taking measurements of noise
For the Act, for measuring emission of noise—
(a)
the noise level measured must be L10,T; and
(b)
all measurements must be taken in accordance with the procedures set out in the noise measurement manual.
Note 1 A reference to an Act includes a reference to the statutory instruments made or in force under the Act, including any regulation (see Legislation Act, s 104).
