46 Areas near development to be kept clear
(1)
A person who is in charge of development commits an offence if the person does not ensure that each footpath, gutter and road adjacent to the development is clear of soil, sand, building materials and waste.
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2)
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
