Development sites 0.3ha or greater

In force

A person who is in charge of development on a development site commits an offence if—

(a)

the site is 0.3ha or greater; and

(b)

the person does not install and maintain on the site erosion and sediment control measures required under the environmental protection agreement that is in effect in relation to the development.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
