121 Regulation-making power
(1)
The Executive may make regulations for this Act.
(2)
A regulation may prescribe the amounts, or the way of working out amounts, payable to a territory court in relation to the cost of, or incidental to, the provision of an audiovisual link or audio link and ancillary equipment for chapter 3 (Use of audiovisual links and audio links).
(3)

audio link—see section 16 (Definitions—ch 3).
territory court—see section 16 (Definitions—ch 3).
