This chapter expires 3 years after the commencement day.

Note A transitional provision is repealed on its expiry but continues to have effect after its repeal (see Legislation Act, s 88).

audiovisual link means a system of 2-way communication linking different places so that a person at any of them can be seen and heard at the other places.
