Premises to be considered part of territory court
35D Premises to be considered part of territory court
This section applies to any place within or outside the ACT where audiovisual link or audio link facilities are being used for a person to give evidence or make a submission in any proceeding.

To remove any doubt, a law relating to evidence, procedure, contempt of court, perjury or otherwise relating to the administration of justice will apply in relation to the place in the same way it applies in relation to the courtroom or other place.
