37 Meaning of proceeding—pt 4.1
In this part:
proceeding, for an offence, includes the following in relation to the offence:
(a)
a trial, including a re-trial;
(b)
a hearing, including a pre-trial hearing and ground rules hearing;
(c)
a committal hearing;
(d)
a proceeding in relation to bail;
(e)
an interlocutory proceeding;
(f)
a sentencing proceeding;
(g)
an appeal or other review.
