71 Making of orders—div 4.3.5
(1)
The court may make an order under this division in a relevant proceeding on its own initiative or on the application of—
(a)
a party to the proceeding; or
(b)
a witness.
(2)
For the purpose of making an order under this division, the court is not bound by the rules of evidence and may inform itself as it considers appropriate.
