130 Costs—non-local FVO
(1)
A non-local FVO, to the extent that it requires the payment of money, cannot be enforced in the ACT.
(2)
The recognition of an FVO made in another jurisdiction does not confer power on an ACT court or tribunal to award costs in relation to a proceeding relating to the FVO that occurred in another jurisdiction.
(3)
This section does not prevent a court or tribunal awarding costs in relation to a proceeding in the ACT relating to the amendment or revocation of a recognised FVO.
