19A Who may seek interim orders?
An applicant for a final order may seek an interim order—
when making the application for the final order; or
if the applicant does not seek an interim order under paragraph (a)—at any time before the application for the final order is decided if there has been a change in circumstances since the application was made; or
if the applicant seeks an interim order under paragraph (a) or (b) and the court refuses to make the interim order—at any time before the application for the final order is decided if there has been a change in circumstances since the applicant last sought an interim order.
Examples—changes in circumstances
1 the applicant obtains information or legal advice about seeking an interim order after making the application for the final order or being refused an interim order
2 the applicant has experienced, or is likely to experience, further family violence or an escalation in family violence
