Meaning of family violence order action—div 24.3

In this division:

family violence order action, in relation to a child respondent, includes any of the following:

(a)

making an application mentioned in section 226 (1);

(b)

arresting or detaining the respondent under this Act;

(c)

making, amending or revoking a family violence order against the respondent;

(d)

administering or enforcing a family violence order against the respondent;

(e)

making or enforcing a requirement for a person to pay costs in relation to a proceeding for a family violence order against the respondent.
