44A Family violence order continues in force when protected person becomes adult
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
the court makes a family violence order; and
(b)
a protected person is a child when the order is made.
(2)
To remove any doubt, the order continues in force in accordance with the terms of the order and this Act when the protected person becomes an adult.
