60 Powers on entry for routine inspection of business premises
A fisheries officer who enters a place under section 56 (Routine inspection of business premises) may—
(a)
inspect, measure, photograph or film the place or anything in it; or
(b)
test or take samples of anything in the place; or
(c)
take the people, equipment and materials the officer reasonably needs for exercising a power under this Act into the place.
