14 Commission’s staff
(1)
The chief executive officer may employ staff for the commission on behalf of the Territory.
(2)
The commission’s staff must be employed under the Public Sector Management Act 1994.
Note The Public Sector Management Act 1994, div 8.2 applies to the chief executive officer in relation to the employment of staff (see Public Sector Management Act 1994, s 152).
