46 Report and recommendations
(1)
The commission must report its findings in an inquiry, other than an inquiry mentioned in subsection (2), to the Minister and may make recommendations on its findings.
(2)
If a gaming law requires the commission to make an inquiry before taking a specified action, the commission must report its findings in the annual report.
(3)
The Minister must present any reports and recommendations before the Legislative Assembly within 14 sitting days after receiving them.
