19 Commission may inspect ballot documents
(1)
The commission may inspect a club’s ballot documents.
(2)
The commission may, in writing, require the club to amend a ballot document if satisfied that the amendment is necessary to ensure that—
(a)
the ballot is fair and transparent; or
(b)
the ballot is held in accordance with this part.
(3)
In this section:
ballot document means a document mentioned in section 17 (2).
