42 Percentage of turnover set aside and reset value

(1)

The application for approval to operate a linked-jackpot arrangement must contain a statement of—

(a)

the percentage of the turnover of each gaming machine in the arrangement to be set aside for payment of linked jackpots under the arrangement; and

(b)

the reset value for each gaming machine.

(2)

If the approval is given by the commission, each gaming machine that is part of the linked-jackpot arrangement must set aside the stated percentage of the stake for the payment of linked jackpots.
