65 Maintenance of recreation facilities
(1)
Maintenance of a recreation facility that has open community access is a community purpose contribution.
(2)
In this section:
open community access—see section 64 (2).
recreation facility—
(a)
means a dedicated facility or space built or provided for a specific recreational purpose other than a sport; but
(b)
does not include part of a club’s premises that is ordinarily used by the club or its patrons.
