70B Prescribed number of days—Act, s 173D (5)
For the Act, section 173E (a) (Notifiable actions—date of effect), the prescribed number of days for a notifiable action under the following sections is 20 business days:
(a)
the Act, section 37B (Authorisation certificate amendment—technical amendment);
(b)
the Act, section 113A (1) (c) (Disposal of gaming machines—notifiable action).
